The whole process was extremely easy. All we did was set it outside and a couple days later the clothes were at our front door as promised; crisp and clean.

I asked for the shirts to be folded and they were on hangers. So I had to wait a few more days. Then the cost was too high for 2 polo short sleeve shirts. 16$ is too high. Quality of clean and folding was good though.
