Have had black suit for my husband cleaned many times previously, however only a “Fair” job done this visit. Closure tab of coat pocket was folded on one side. Also, seemed to be lint of some sort on it. Woman’s blazer in same protective plastic & one arm was crinkled up.

I had my jeans hemmed and dry cleaned. Every time I bring something in you all do an excellent job. I use the Wakefield location and everyone has been friendly professional and kind. Great job!!!

The tablecloth was beautiful but it was a day late and at the other facility. Had to come back a second time in the same day which was the day before Christmas Eve.

I cannot continue to pay your prices and am currently looking for a less expensive cleaners. The clothes that you clean are great, however, the clothes that come back with a tag saying not cleaned are (1) too many, and (2) too expensive. Susan McHugh
When I got there to pick up my sweater and slacks, no one was at the front desk. I waited a good 3 to for 4 minutes and still no one at the front desk. People in the back handling the laundry eventually noticed I was there but didn’t stop to assist. I finally yelled, “hello” trying to get someone’s attention then I heard a voice from behind the corner reply, “I’ll be there in a second sir.” He didn’t come.
