I had to make two (2) trips to pick up my comforter. I understand barcodes may come off items and was happy to make a second trip. However, I stopped by July 3rd and you were closed during normal operational hours with no sign saying you were closing early. It's good business practice to post your hours of operation during Holidays.
I stopped by the Falls of Neuse location. The facility appeared well maintained. The people who helped me were pleasant and kind.my clothes were well cared for

I was greeted when I went in. The associate was knowledgeable and friendly. She made a couple of good suggestions. The item was ready before they said it would be. Great service and my item looks very good.

You did a pretty good job except I wasn’t pleased that you charged so much and you didn’t try to get the stains out. It was ink and it’s not easy to get out but most cleaners do have a solution that gets it right out overall everything else was alright. I will come back again.
