All in all, I have been very happy with your company. Several months ago, I lost an expensive monogrammed sheet . I was surprised to see a torn sheet in the package I picked up and I was given an amount of money to replace my sheet. Someone is enjoying a nice sheet with MLL monogrammed on it!
Medlin Davis has been my best dry cleaner for at least the past 10 years. I never have to remember to take the dry cleaning because they do it for me. They pick up and drop off twice a week. And they haven’t lost anything. And everything comes back looking great. Thank you.
Your pick up service is so convenient! Matt just comes by when I text him and I don’t have to think about taking my clothes in or picking them up. They’re at my door when I get home! So great.
