Everyone I came in contact with at this location was friendly and professional. When I dropped off my sweater, she carefully looked over it for spots that needed special attention. She saw something I had not even noticed so I appreciated that extra attention to detail. It was ready when promised and, even though it was a pretty chilly afternoon, the lady who retrieved my item was friendly and professional too. We are lucky to have a great cleaner so close to our home
They did a great job cleaning two silk sport coats that have to be at least twenty years ago. They did a great pressing job as well. I was very impressed. That’s saying a lot because I’m a Tailor and very hard to please. I would not recommend any other cleaners in Raleigh.
