Everyone is friendly. Clothes a ready when they say.and they text me. Clothes are always clean and well pressed.
Last week, I called about my order. A young male said I had nothing there. I searched and searched and knew I had not picked it up yet. It was a rather large order, and I went to the store, hoping the lady that works there was in. I could always tell, she works very hard!! I had a short dress dry cleaned and a long dress cleaned. They were bagged together. It would have been nice to have them bagged desperately as I don’t hang my cocktail long dresses with short clothes. I like to keep the bags on them to keep them dust free until the next time I use them.
Again, an excellent positive experience with the personnel dropping off and picking up my comforter. My comforter only visits Medlin-Davis 'cause I know it will receive excellent care.
