A client asked me to have 10 quilts that had been stored in the garage cleaned. They quilts were from the 30’s. Some were badly deteriorated and all of them were filthy. The customer service I received was awesome. The details of how they would clean the quilts was explained and no promises were made but they were going to do their very best.
