The employees are always so helpful and friendly. I feel confident my clothes will look great. In the past, some of my clothes were ruined at a different cleaners, so confidence they will come back looking great is important. I also like that they try to be environmentally friendly.

I already called the Raleigh store to address this but you steamed the wrinkles out of my daughters wedding dress this week prior to her wedding on 9/28. We picked up the dress and it immediately fell off the hanger when leaving Cameron Village. I was very upset after paying $144. In addition, I believe I was told the dress would be in a muslin bag, that’s why you took it out of our nice store bag, and that when we brought it back for preservation it would be put in a box, not sealed with acid free tissue.
