Brought in a bridesmaid dress to have cleaned after a wedding. It was stained around the hem. The person working the day I brought it in said someone would call me if dry cleaning couldn’t get the stain out. If there was no call- my dress would be ready on x date. I never got a call so when I showed up to get the dress I was told it needed wet cleaning. So I gave permission and then it was ready a week later. The dress came back clean and wrinkle free. You’re a great cleaner!! I come all the way from Wilmington to have you dry clean my clothes and bedding., and I appreciate the way they are packaged when I pick them up. I always use the store in Holly Springs and the employees are great also.
Great dry cleaning services in terms of quality and turn-over time. I am most frustrated with the coupon/ discount promo offer system. For example: I had downloaded a 30% off household item coupon and then a 25% coupon for dry cleaning. I needed to use the dry cleaning coupon first and didn't have any household item to use the coupon in the meanwhile. However, i was not able to use the 25% coupon because the 30% coupon must be used first and no on in the store or in the online account could delete or access the coupons. Ple... read more
