I love the fact that my dry cleaning doesn’t reek of dry cleaning fluid. Their process makes me fell like I’m contributing to a better environment. It’s a win win! And staff is always helpful and attentive.
I’m an intermittent user of the service so I rely on support and scheduling over the phone and in person with drivers. In all cases the communication is clear and Merlin-Davis comes through with their commitments. Cleaning, pressing, the basic services are reliable and consistent.. No drama, reliable.
