Bertha in Carpinteria always welcomes me with a warm smile, and makes sure my clothing is done just the way I asked. Yes, Four Seasons is a bit more expensive, but if you have ever taken your nice things to a bargain dry cleaner and have them returned with rips, missing buttons, etc. - and had them tell you it's not their fault - you know it's worth paying the small difference. By the way, their alterations are good too!
Service was great. Very fast turn around. And the items came out looking brand new.
