Staff is great! They are responsive to special instructions on any garment. Pleasant to work with. They will call if they notice a garment needs special handling.

They did such an AWESOME job on my wedding dress. Got all the stains out...even a red wine stain I didn’t think would ever come out. The girls even got their seamstress was even able to fix the tear in the very delicate lace; and after I was finally able to get the rhinestones from the designer, she replaced the missing rhinestones perfectly. My wedding dress looks like it did when I first bought it. Thank you all that had a hand in repairing and preserving my wedding dress.
