Good customer service
Good job with making my clothes always look nice.
I’ve used your service twice and on both occasions the return delivery has been multiple days late beyond what was originally promised. When I call, no one seems to know what the drivers schedule is or has any idea when my clothes will be delivered. Makes it pretty unsustainable to use the service with work clothes without being able to rely on your clothes making it back as scheduled.

Brad: We've been asking for at least 3 weeks for your forms for submitting rugs for cleaning. My wife was told, by phone, that forms must be submitted before rugs could be picked up for cleaning, and that we'd be provided with such forms with our clothing deliveries. This has never happened. What is required for us to submit rugs for cleaning, and to capture the 30% discount while it is still available??
