I brought in two duvets to be cleaned and when I went to pick them up they were stored improperly and the one duvet was fine and the other duvet the cover it was stored in was ripped and grease and dirt on duvet. I took the one duvet home yesterday and I am still waiting to hear about the other one. I have to mitt I was a bit disappointed as now I will have to make another trip in to pick it up and hopefully it will be cleaned to my satisfaction and hopefully not ruined.
