First time visiting this establishment. Had taken my Pastor robe to be cleaned at a cleaners I had used for several years. When I got it back it was still dirty around collar area. Took it back (and because I was a loyal customer) I thought they would try to make it right. WRONG!! So I decided to try Martinizing and the lady listen to what I needed done, was very friendly and professional. When I picked my item up, it was cleaner and no more ring around the collar. I will start bringing my items there from now on
