You do great in every thing except billing. I liked the way John did it. He would pick the clothes up, list them and bill my credit card right then. This way I had list of what I was sending and the charge. If you could do this I would be very happy.

My experience was great. I took my grandmother's handmade quilt for cleaning. The customer service was outstanding; very friendly and kind. I was very satisfied with the care, cleaning and the bag provided for storage. I will take more items for cleaning.

Took my special blazer in for cleaning and asked for starch to be applied.to give jacket a little more body. They explained that the jacket was polyester and linen and wouldn’t take starch. I was kind of insistent and they said they would try. I was very satisfied when with their work and their attempts to satisfy my request. True customer service. Thank you so much.
