I had no grievance regarding my shirts. My problem was the cost. When I dropped them off, the young gentleman said the charge for a shirt was $3. I left 3 men’s shirts and 3 women’s shirts, so was expecting a charge of around $18 to $20, I sent my son in and when he came out and we were on our way home I asked what the charge came to and it was $36 and some change. We are from out of town. Needed my suit coat cleaned for a wedding. Initially told it wouldn’t be done until Saturday. Staff took the time to inquire as to why the quick turn and made accommodations to have it done the following morning. Fantastic customer service. The coat looks great as well. Very much appreciated.
