Eric was very knowledgeable about what needed to be done to clean my large, machine washable area rug. He came to my house, checked the condition of the rug, how it was constructed, and read the manufacturer tag. Then he explained the cleaning process, how long it would take, and the approximate cost. Everything worked exactly as he said. The rug is soft and beautiful and smells fresh and clean again. Thank you!
