The turn around time is too long. Communication is not good. I was told one thing and another thing happened. There is no consistency.

I have a problem last time with you guys!!! The buttons of my husband shirt were damaged last time!!! All the buttons!!! And this shirt I bought in My last trio to Europe, it was the first time that went to laundry and this happened 😢 my husband saw this week when he decided to use this shirt !!! Now I will have to look for new buttons!!! And change all of than. 😠
