I was actually going to reach out to you guys, you dropped of our laundry on Tuesday and one item said men's wool pants. My husband does not own wool pants but they are his normal everyday cotton/polyester blend. We were charged 8.95 for the pants..which seems excessive. I am not sure if we should put a note in the bag the next time to confirm that these are not wool pants and we do not want to be charged for wool pants. Other than that service has been good.
