Pickup/drop off and quality of dry cleaning are great. For some reason this past delivery we received an extremely large dry cleaning blue bag. It’s too large for our quantity of dry cleaning and it practically drags on the floor. Can we return to the original smaller size?
Generally good. Had some issues last summer with a jacket that needed to be sent back multiple times and I was told I would not be charged and was. Was resolved to my satisfaction after calling a couple of times.
Martinizing cleaners has always been a 5 star experience. They pick up cleaning and dry cleaning on designated days and return impeccably clean clothes every time. The sweaters I sent this last week came back looking new again.
We've been customers for several years. Friendly and courteous driver and manager. Never any issues with damaged clothing. Appreciate the convenience on home pick up & delivery.
No matter what I call and need, I am always taken care of. Everything from coming back to my house to pick up my bag that I missed to asking for my clothes to be brought back early!

Ive been using Martinizing Dry Cleaners since I moved to our new home two years ago. I was approached at the front door by one of the pickup/drop off guys. I still see the same person if I happen to be home. I love the service, one less thing I have to worry about doing! Clothes are always perfect! Once a shirt was missing for a few weeks but they worked hard on finding it and succeeded! They have also done outdoor cushions and were delivered in nice storage bags. I highly recommend using this company, Catherine Taylor
