Super friendly, helpful and excellent customer service. My clothes ( 4 dresses, 1 skirt, 1 sweater and a winter coat) were done to perfection within 2 days. The hours of business are very helpful as well to get in and out. Thanks for the great service, I will be back!
I asked for my suit jacket to be lightly cleaned so that it would not shrink. It was washed regularly like my pants . I even came back in to the store to make sure that it was noted to lightly wash the jacket.
Everyone was amazing! I love this dry cleaner. They are slightly more expensive than my neighborhood cleaner, but 1000% worth it.
They have told me it can’t be ready before Monday when I supposed to get it on Saturday. Then they emailed me saying that it is ready to pick it up Sunday though some body stitched my shirt with out my consent. My shirt originally cropped and I unstitched in a way it covers my abdomen. I was unhappy
I have been using Martinizing dry cleaners since I moved to Alameda in 2005. June is always very professional and efficient. She is helpful and has great customer service. It’s nice to see her familiar face when I come in to drop off or pick up. The others who have helped me are also very helpful but I don’t know them by name I also use the alterations lady who has completed many requests that I have for alterations.
