I brought in pillow cases, a pair of jeans and a jacket all to be washed and the pillow cases to be sewed in places also. Aside from my coat, everything else was extremely disappointing.... the pillow cases don’t look like they were even touched - they have the same spots and rips in them. When I came, I was told to put blue tape on my jeans next to the spots. Some of the blue tape is STILL on the jeans! So I guess they were washed with the tape on? Lovely lady, JC. Very attentive, beyond pleasant. Answered my questions about changes since the pandemic thoroughly and courteously. Quick service—just in and out for a pick-up, but I did not feel at all rushed through my questions. The most important thing for me is to have a clean smelling garment with NO fragrance of any kind because of serious health issues. This place accomplishes that goal and are willing to talk about it—they all seem to know the importance. I recommend them highly.
