Came here to get a dress hemmed. Paid $14 when I picked it up but didn't try it on until I got home. It was NEVER hemmed. This is ridiculous! Why did I pay when it still drags on the floor at the same length as when I brought it in?

The people that work are nice,friendly and always smiling. When I went to pick up my things I had my grandson with me while they looked for the clothes they,asked if my grandson if he would like some popcorn. Very nice!
Martinizing Dry Cleaners has very good customer service and was so fast with their services. I dropped off 7 items at 10:30am and they emailed me that it was finished at 1:30pm the very same day!
Although your store clerk was courteous on my first visit, I was not happy with the way my suit stain was not cleaned well. I brought in a two piece suit and 1 blazer and was charged $20.00 which I find a little too pricey. My second visit, I brought 2 shirts for laundry and starch and asked for medium starch and both were not starched at all. additionally, I was charged $5.00 for a cotton shirt which was not silk or linen I didn't find both instances satisfactory,
Employees were very nice and very helpful. At other dry cleaners I usually expect my clothes to be ready in 4 days minimum. I dropped off my clothes Monday they said it would be ready on Wednesday and they ended up being ready Tuesday. Very efficient and saved me a lot of time. I will be returning.
