I have been bringing clothes to Martinizing Dry Cleaners for over 25 years. Very friendly staff. So convenient and great having seamstress on-site. Recently, I requested for my Hermes scarves to be cleaned without flattening the edges that are hand sewn - and, they did a fabulous job! I truly trust Martinizing Dry Cleaners to handle my finest clothing and accessories.
I had a pant suit (cleaning and hem) and 3 shirt for press. I didn't have any issues with the pant suit (cleaning and hem). I was charged $14 for 3 shirts to be pressed. When I dropped it off; I specifically said press and the girl even repeated before I left it was only for press. During pick-up I asked and was told it was clean and press and it was my fault that i was not clear enough. How clear should I be?
I enjoy being informed when my clothes are ready for pick -up. And I enjoy the friendly prompt service.
The staff were very helpful and very nice. I needed 3 items dry cleaned (jacket/pants/dress shirt) by the following day, and they got it done the same day despite how busy they were. I didn't have time to pick it up that same day because I didn't account for them cleaning it so fast, so I picked it up the next day. GREAT SERVICE!
