Normally you guys do a fantastic job with everything we drop off. Howeverthis last time one of my French cuffs on my shirt was iron'd too long and was burned.
Always prompt and ready when promised - they even email you when your order is ready! Excellent staff and never an issue with the quality of their services. I also signed up recently for their discount program which makes dropping off easier and adds a discount to boot!
