How cool is it when you drive up to pick up your cleaning and the attendant recognizes you and addresses you by name. I don’t remember how many times I received service from this gentleman but he said he has been working there a little over a year. Talk about personal customer service, I was impressed. Makes you feel like you’re not just a customer but a friend that this establishment cares about.
