Most people take the work of dry cleaners for granted, and never offer praise when praise is due. I actually look forward to dropping off or picking up my weeks worth of clothes. The owners are always upbeat, cheery, and positive, and never treat you like a number. Their attitude always help start or end my work day on a better note. Check them out - you will see what I mean.
