Great place and service is fantastic with great cleaning BUT……………. $27 for a man’s two piece suit is just too much, will have to find somewhere else I’m afraid

We apologize our operating costs are getting out of control with our labor cost. Besides that they keep raising the rent. We do have tons of emails We’ve sent out every month way you could save. We try our best. And another issue is minimum wage is almost $17.50 and Pasadena. Nobody works for minimum wage specially in the dry cleaning business. Staff here yet from $23-$30 an hour believe it or not or you will not get your garments back in great condition pretty much.

Magic Cleaner tried very hard to get a very tough stain out. They were unable too. The clothing was ruined by the stain and the aggressive cleaning. but the did not charge me. I will go back.

Can’t say enough good things about this place. I don’t even live in Pasadena but go out of my way to go here. As long as I live remotely close to Pasadena, I will go here. The customer service is amazing. The alterations are prefect. The dry cleaning is the best I’ve had in LA.
