Everything relates to the dry cleaning would get 5 stars, but repeated requests to provide this feedback are very very annoying, fading toward harassment. If I don’t respond on the first request, it probably means I have a lot more important and urgent things to do.

I was told my clothes would be delivered on the following Tuesday ( i dropped them off the following week) I realized after 2 weeks my clothes had never been delivered! No one ever called me and I had an interview the next day! Apparently the gal didn't know they don't deliver to Perry (after she told me they did). Concerned about recycling plastic and hangers.
Absolutely perfect!! We have used someone else for about 10 years and oh my gosh London Cleaners is sooo much better.
Lately, the driver has repeatedly delivered items that are not mine. In the past week, there was one pair of pants and two shirts that belonged to someone else. I am being billed for these items. I am losing confidence that my items are also being lost. This is a relatively new problem, so something seems to have changed in your system.
The first time I ever used London Cleaners I had them pick up a long winter coat to dry clean, and as promised, it was delivered back to me several days later. The problem was that it had NOT been cleaned. The coat was unbuttoned on the hanger and was still obviously dirty (salt stains, etc). I called about this and was assured that this was a rare occurrence/that they would make it right and that I would not be charged for the cleaning.
