Liberto Cleaners has been serving the New Orleans area since 1932. A Liberto family member has owned and operated the business since its inception. Jay’s grandfather, “Nat”, opened the current location on Willow St. in 1947. Nat passed the baton to his son and wife, J.B. and Patsy, in 1962, who then passed it to Jay and Courtney in 1997. Jay or Courtney is almost always at the store.

Always accommodating and courteous
I love bring my dry cleaning to Liberto's on Willow St. The staff is always friendly and courteous, in addition to doing a great job with our clothes.
Prompt. Always ready in time. Everything bagged and well cleaned. Great counter help.
Friendly staff and dependable service. They go the extra mile.
Some days you come at 9:00 and some days at 3:00 etc. As a result, if you come too early, like on Monday this week, we don’t have the shirts out for pickup. Also, yesterday you left the shirts without an orange bag. None of this is a big deal. We are satisfied with the way you clean the shirts.
I love Libertos cleaners. The staff is always friendly and my clothes are ready on time and perfect!
Personnel are always pleasant, quick and knowledgeable. They are never wrong in their time estimates for cleaning, but will “rush” if you need it soon, we have used them for 30 years and never considered leaving.
Dress jacket was done well and on time.
