It was my first time using this cleaners and unfortunately they damaged my dress. They were very apologetic, did not charge me for cleaning the item and are trying to get dress replaced through corporate. Let us see how this is resolved which will determine whether I return again.
Lapel Associates were courteous and professional. Pants were ready for pickup as promised, clean, and looked good.
