I had asked for a button to be sewed on my pants, they put it in the wrong place and on the inside not the outside. The pants were cleaned and pressed nicely but the button pissed me off

The girl who took my alteration in didn't list the instructions of how much to shorten and I told her it didn't need to be dry cleaning, when went to pick it up they tried to charge me for dry cleaning. Terrible job.
Friendly staff checking in and picking up the dry cleaning. I appreciated getting a coupon toward the next visit.
Hard to suggest a way to make service any worse. Woman at counter has less enthusiasm for her job than a DMV employee. Same day service took three full business days. Two buttons on a shirt were broken. I will say that no items were lost during this last visit, I can only guess that they are saving that experience for my next visit! Congratulations almost completely terrible, tough job but they nailed it!

I asked for a broken top button to be replaced and it was not. In fact, the shirt was buttoned with the broken button which I found disappointing as it was impossible not to notice it was broken. And the employee whom I discussed the fix with did not enter it into the system or place a tab through the button hole.
Great customer service! All my clothing was neat and clean.
