I was charged $25 to clean a tote bag. It was still dirty after the first attempt so I asked them to try again. After the second attempt, I picked up the bag only to find a large dirty spot right inside the bag and the leather-like handle is damaged. It's not that big of a deal, but the bag was a gift and I wanted to take great care of it. I am very disappointed in the results!

I moved away from another cleaners in the area. They had been bought out and changed names in front of the subdivision. They kept ripping my shirts and always claimed they were old and wearing. Since moving to Lapels months ago. I have not had one issue. Thank you!!

The representative was great. No problems there. My displeasure is that the coupons are not just attached to our account. I have to save a piece of paper and bring it in with me. You can save our credit card but you can't save a coupon? A little disengenuous IMHO.

I was very angry that to have lifts put on my shoes cost 15.00 plus tax. Not only is that extremely high price but had to wait 2 weeks to get them back. Will not be going back for shoe repair.
