On one shirt, sleeve button wasn't replaced as indicated with red tag. Stains on same shirt were not treated.

Great personalized service. Guaranteed the way you want your clothes to look. I use heavy starch; Lapels does a fantastic job. Always on time with returns and pick ups directly to my front door. And... at a very reasonable price. Ecologically responsible as well.

Well, I was told that my dry cleaning would be ready by Wednesday (this was Saturday afternoon) and when I asked if it could be ready sooner, she said Monday afternoon! At no extra charge! The results are great, too.
