I was desperate, after spilling hot candle wax on a wool coat on Christmas day! I looked up Best Same Day Cleaners and found many cleaners, but was impressed with Lapels review comments on Yelp, so decided to pass 50 cleaners on way to Lapels the day after Christmas! The tound lady at counter was sweet and confident the coat could be cleaned successfully, so I left it with fingers crossed. Service was fine, going forward I have concerns with pricing. Brought in 5 additional shirts and noted a price of $7.00 each. I will be shopping my cleaning services elsewhere as this is quite high. You also do not provide discount coupons for regularly recurring clothing as other businesses provide.

Simply outstanding. Very, very personal service. Everyone I encounter is friendly. My husband 's linen shirt had stubborn stain therefore needed additional attention. They 'took care of it" . Now I have "laundry bag, too. Highly recommended!!
