Need to make coupons available at any time. Seems like I always drop off my shirts and then I get a coupon e-mailed me while they are processing and can’t use it when I pick up, very frustrating

Allen, I'm sorry you got frustrated. I will look into what coupon you were getting emailed. As far as I know, we only send out 1 coupon through email and that's on the first of the month. This month's coupon is "3 for 2 sweaters" . We don't have any coupons for launder shirts as of now. We do have a rewards program that the computer keeps track of dollars spent and then a coupon will print out while your there and those are good on laundry shirts as well as dry cleaning.
