Staff are friendly, and, courteous. The delivery service is great as well. I have never met the individual he picks up the the laundry, and delivers it three days later. I highly recommend Lapels as a go to company. I have engaged them when I first moved into Hingham a year ago. Russell Williams.

Still surprised that delivery and pick up is for NO EXTRA charge, and rates are already either lower than others are about the same. Really appreciate 24-hour drop-off and secure locker pick up if I want to in person; free laundry bags, plus great discussion on shirt quality and recommendations accordingly. The most high-tech dry cleaner I've seen in all half dozen or so states I've been in!
