Your service is always prompt and friendly! I never have any issues - no lost or damaged items. We setup the automatic button replacement so I’m never surprised with missing buttons and when I miscount the number of items you contact me within an hour or two to let me know. You have communicated your policies and schedule and always check that the pick up date works with my schedule. I’m very satisfied and appreciate your professionalism!
