Terrible Service. Would NOT use them again. They ruined my very nice comforter and Anita offered a joke of a refund for my item $75 for a $400 items that’s on sale now for 294 and I asked Anita to pay Half of the sale price...she did not... Horrible Customer service. I am going pursue Legal action in small claims court!!

I brought in a white slip cover for my chaise lounge and was a bit nervous that there might be some shrinkage as it fit fairly tight. After pickup, I was able to get it back on without a problem! I recommend Lapels and trust that I could bring most anything and get it back in good condition.

I love using Lapels in Marshfield. The owner, Kim always goes above and beyond. And the clothes always come out great!
I have my wash and fold picked up and delivered every week. Lapels always picks up on time, my clothes are always cleaned and pressed beautifully and the service is fantastic! Can’t say enough great about them! Rebecca
