I have sent an item back 2x now to get it cleaned. This is after showing and the attendant made “notes” to point it out and it still didn’t get done
Love the home delivery right now while the Covid thing is happening. I do like to pick up my own cleaning when I can. In summer I wear a lot of shorts so my visits will be less until the weather gets cool again. Have used Lapels for YEARS and have always been pleased. Great place for laundry/cleaning. I highly recommend them.

Always professional - The only thing I would say is post your prices so people can see ahead of time what things cost. Many times I have been asked what you charge for different things and couldn't tell you. Should have an itemized receipt prior to pickup with pricing so one knows what it is going to cost.
