I had my king size comforter LAUNDERED and it smelled very nice. I was impressed they put it nicely folded into a appropriately sized clear zippered bag. Excellent work, very professional.

I know Lapels just reopened the NMB store and the 2 employees were new to that store. One of them was training. I’m confident in time things will get better. They were both cordial and pAtient, especially with one customer who was growing impatient. 3.5 stars

Fantastic customer service, very friendly and willing to help. The only issue I have is, the prices are a little high. Now, Im comparing to where I lived prior to moving here. It's not a lot of difference but, $7 and some change for a pair of pants is a little high, I think. Love this place though.
