I was treated poorly by the manager. I understand Covid was happening to us all, but to be told that my wedding dress was the least of his concerns was shocking. It's not hard to still be nice and communicate with your customers during a stressful time. They never communicated that my dress would be delayed by three weeks. They accepted it and told me I'd have it in two weeks. A month later when it was finally available still no one called to tell me. I am so thrilled I found Lapels! They pick-up at our home twice weekly and do an excellent job. I've even had them launder our comforters and they return them in a zipped bag for storage. They also provide monthly coupons which help tremendously. I highly recommend their services.
