What is not to like about Lapels? They are 100% environmentally non-toxic dry cleaner. There are multiple options to get your clothes to the cleaners: customer drop off, pick/delivery, or 24 hour locker drop off. I love that pick and delivery is 2x a week. In addition they offer "car hop" where you can drop off/pick up w/out leaving your car! Pricing is the same for whichever method used. I had my bed quilt and schams cleaned. When i picked them up at the cleaners they were packed in a vinyl storage bag with a handle. Last time I picked then up they were on hangers in a plastic bag. When i got home all I had to do was put then in storage area. Thanks!

The service was very good and the representative very courteous. My clothes were perfect when I received them. There was a software issue with computer. Also, the air isn’t on which made the store very hot and uncomfortable. I couldn’t imagine for workers.
