Due to covid19 precautions, I have not been going to a physical office, but working remotely from home. It thus meant I’ve not needed professional laundry service. I had unclaimed laundry which I had quite forgotten about until I received a gentle reminder from Lapels Drycleaning. My laundry had been unclaimed for over 7 months! Went to drop off my jacket last week and did not receive what I had specifically requested and got something different. Other than that , Matt is always pleasant and friendly.
