I brought in a white down jacket that I never believed would be completely clean again. In fact, when I dropped it off, I even made a comment about how much I loved the white color but would never buy another because of how dirty it gets. When I got it back, I was so pleased with how clean Lapels got it! I will continue to use Lapels exclusively and would highly recommend them to anyone! Btw, the customer service was exceptional, as always.

Everyone is very nice there and they have first class service. My clothes were perfectly clean and folded nicely. The price is less than going to the laundromat yourself so you save money and time! l’ll be back every week!
