There were stains on my clothes and they charged me twice to remove the stains that was still present on my clothing when the time came to pay!!! If you were not able to remove the stains and still charge me then that should have been disclosed at the very beginning, no signs inside store indicated that policy

I always get emails from you but for some reason the email telling me to pick up my order went to spam. So when I went to store didn't know the order was ready but that is not your fault.
Dulce on your staff, is remarkable: charming, efficient, knowledgeable and outgoing. Thank you Lapels, and Jerry, for having such an excellent staff in general and for accomplishing such lovely, such very good dry cleaning work!
