Lapels is the very best dry cleaners around. My clothes always come back in perfect condition. I love the fact that no chemicals are used on my clothes. I don't know of any dry cleaners where the owners make their business card available at the counter. They encourage you to contact them if you have any issues. They will make it right. From drop off to pick up and everything in-between, you know everyone who touches your items cares that they are cleaned and pressed to perfection. I appreciate that.
