Friendly staff! Called me before starting due to concerns about hurting the pictures on the blanket. I assured him whatever happened would be fine. I wanted him to do his best. The picture blanket looks great. I am so appreciative. I will recommend Lapels to anyone looking for a cleaner!

The worst experience I have ever had who ever heard paying for your clothes before they are cleaned. I will never go to that place again
