Dropped off a black peacoat, was told it was ready so I went to pick it up, got all the way home only to discover it wasn’t clean at all! Brought it back, picked it up again the next day after receiving another alert that it was ready... . Opened it there and it still had hair on it. I asked for a discount for the inconvenience and was told the manager wasn’t there so I had to call him.
